  I went in for a consultation appointment and was very dissatisfied with the lack of communication between the Doctor and myself. The reason I was there was because of ear and sinus pain and was later told to get a Sinus CT scan done to ensure that there weren't any blockages. I got that done and made an appointment for a follow-up regarding it, but realized I had to cancel that appointment. The day of the follow-up I called the office three different times and was on hold for more than five minutes each time and was never able to get my appointment rescheduled. Since this happened, I will be going somewhere else because it seems that this practice is too busy, disorganized, and very unprofessional.

  I really enjoy this place. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Dr. Taffett is one of the great doctor's at the office! Dr. Taffett did a great job on my procedure. I can breath alot better now. The employees there always provide the best assistance and really helpful information!!! I would definitely recommend this place!!!
