  Not pleased at all with the front desk Customer/Patient service. I had a "minor" dental procedure done in January and paid immediately. I thought the amount charged was high and questioned it but the clerk basically said that "my insurance sucked". I went home and contacted my insurance provider and confirmed that I had been overcharged by $75.00. When I called the office back I was treated like I was the one at fault and I basically had to attempt to pry an explanation (which I failed to receive) . I was told that the transaction needed to "process clearing-house" and then they would follow-up. That was in Jan 2017..I have yet to hear from them, even after two attempts to follow up on my part. I am done with this dental office. If I can't trust the amounts I'm being charged, then why be a willing customer/patient? After speaking with my wife, I discovered that this was also done to her on two previous occasions. In all honesty, it's not even about the $75.00, it's more so the simple fact that my family and I would like to be provided excellent dental care along with an equally impressive front-end office experience as well.
