  Warm friendly environment and service. Dr. Boyd provide a thorough understand of my dog's condition and provided plenty of care option. I did not feel pressured to choose the "most expensive" option, but was allowed to choose the option besy for my pet, family, and budget. Thank you Gentle Hearts

  I don't normally leave reviews but I had to make an exception for Gentle Hearts Animal Hospital because they live their name. I had to have my Bichone laid to rest after 16 years and the front desk and doctor were so considerate and sympathetic that as saddening as the process was they made it considerably bearable. They handled all the paperwork over the phone because I knew I was going to be a wreck when we got there. I was immediately placed in a private room and within minutes the doctor was there and explained everything. If you really care about your pets and want an office that also cares and doesn't try to guilt trip you into additional services - I would recommend this vet above all others in the west valley. I have lived here over 30 years and been to various vets in the area but have never felt so much compassion from the whole staff. Thank you for helping me with this difficult situation.
